The whole body approach to wellbeing by M. Arnel
"
Rolfing is the nickname given to a form of body work and movement education pioneered from the work of Dr. Ida Rolf. She called it ‘structural integration’, which is a process of realigning the body through soft tissue manipulation. Through ageing, gravity, emotional stress, previous injuries and poor posture our bodies can become out of balance. This can translate in our posture as loss of energy, decrease in flexibility, backache, headache and general aches and pains. After balancing the body through Rolfing it enables us to
function at a much higher level of efficiency and ease."

Spa Guide for Men
by Vijay Guha
"
The new metro sexual male phenomenon has taken over all the spheres of our existence. With men increasingly lending themselves to household chores, it is almost taken that they are not to lag behind in taking care of themselves. The rise in the number of spa-going men is ample proof this very fact. And though an increasing number of men are swearing by their personal experience at a spa, this is only the tip of the iceberg."   read whole article

Hot Massage Tips: Tantric Massage by Ezine
"
Before we discuss this type of massage in more detail, we need to understand that Tantric massage is unique and a very special kind of massage. As with other forms of massage, Tantric massage has its own unique benefits. What particularly appeals to me is how this focuses more on our feelings and spiritual well being rather than our physical health."   read whole article

Erotic Body Massage Guide
"Be clear on one thing: a back rub, while divine, is NOT a sensual massage. A back rub is powerful, short and effective at ridding your body of tension, aches and pains. Sensual massage is long, languorous and erotic, and involves a great deal of nudity and intimate touching. You give your mom a back rub. You give your lover a sensual massage."

br> FAQ

Q. Does it cost anything to use your directory? A. It is absolutely free to search our database. Enjoy.

Q. Is there a fee to list on your website? A. Gay Massage Now charges a nominal fee to advertise your rmassage services on our site. Please click here for more info.

Q. What is a gay massage? A. A gay massage refers to a massage from a gay massage therapist. Please do not assume every masseur in our directory is gay. The directory was created for all straight, bi and gay masseurs. All are welcome!

Q. Are the masseurs listed certified? A. Gay Massage Now is only an advertising service. We cant not vouch for the quality of any of the men's services. They alone are responsible for their training, certification, conduct and professional statements. We recommend that you ask a lot of questions so there are no surprises.

Q. How much will a massage cost me? A. This will vary widely depending on where you live and what type of place provides the massage. In rural areas, you could get a massage as low as $35. I've heard of places in large cities or at resorts that charge $200 or more. Most likely your cost will fall somewhere in the middle of that range. It all depends on the masseur. Some therapists also offer a sliding scale for those unable to afford the regular fee. It can't hurt to ask about it. Some will barter for other services. Many therapists offer discounts for a client's first visit, so be sure to ask if one is available.

Q. When should I get a massage? And how often? A. Any time is a good time to get a massage. You don't need to wait until you're stressed or injured. Massage works wonders as preventive care for a person's body and mind. A regular massage is a wonderful way to cope with stress, both physical and emotional, and to keep if from causing discomfort or harm to your body. As to how often, it really depends on your health, your needs and your wallet. But don't let your wallet hinder you in getting what you need.

Q. Do I have to be completely undressed? A. You should undress to your comfort level. The massage therapist will work around the clothes left on as best they can. You should realize that this may mean that certain areas of the body may not be massaged at all, or may only receive minimal work there.

Q. What if I'm overweight or embarrassed about my body? A. Do not let your weight stop you from experiencing the unbelievable relaxing experience that massage can be. You would be denying yourself quite a pleasurable experience. Massage therapists have seen bodies in every imaginable shape and size, from young to old, and they're not there trying to judge your physique or ogle your body. They're professionals who have found massage to be a wonderful gift to give to men, regardless of age and weight, and are proud of what they can offer to people in need of help or just wanting to luxuriate in the sense of touch.

Q. Will a massage hurt? A. That depends on the type of massage and the depth of the strokes. A light massage that doesn't probe very deep into muscles shouldn't hurt. At the same time, the light massage won't be able to work out any stress that's deep within those muscles. A muscle that is relaxed will be supple and soft and won't hurt when rubbed. Muscles that are tight, and in many cases have been chronically tight for a long time, may have that "good hurt" feeling with a deeper massage. Think of that "good hurt" as the feeling you get when you stretch a sore muscle during exercise or a yawn. Muscles can be very sore from overuse or tightness, and that good hurt can become painful. A sharp pain may indicate a muscle that has been injured and has some sort of inflammation. In this case, you don't want the deep work to continue in this area. A deep massage with tight muscles may leave some residual soreness the next day. Everybody has different thresholds of pain. The depth of a stroke may not be deep enough for one person's liking and may cause pain for another. Some people want the massage as deep as possible regardless of the soreness. Others want something much lighter, more sensual and pleasing, to help them relax rather than deeper work that might be sore. So make your preference known to the therapist, and give feedback at any time during a massage that the depth of the strokes is more than you'd like.

Q. What if a massage wasn't quite what I wanted? A. Every massage therapist has their own style, their own approach to massage, the strokes they like to use, and the depth they like to work. Some prefer a more clinical approach, some a more personal approach. Not every client clicks with every massage therapist. The key is to find one who can deliver the type of massage you like best. When you find one you like, stick with them and sing their praises.

Q. Why aren't there any nude photos? A. In accordance with non-sexually explicit material agreements in contracts with billboards, print ads and publications, any with offensive/nude images will be publicly censored. You may share them privately with your clients.

Q. Do I have to tip the masseur? A. Tipping is not expected but always appreciated of course, as a form of thanks for exceptional service.
